She resents being treated as a sex object. Her high standards
are not easily compromised, and she insists that a lover show her
proper respect. The Aquarius woman is sensitive and possesses a very strong intellect. She lives essentially in her mind. Friends stimulate her. She likes parties and people, excels in socializing, and is always ready to accept a last-minute invitation from someone she likes. Basically honest and open, she is a poor liar because she doesn't want to be untruthful. When she lies someone, she has a tendency to bare her soul, too often not wisely. Aquarius
female gets involved in the lives of others. She is truly the Waterbearer,
giving herself to others. Sometimes, she'll offer advice that is neither
needed nor wanted. What interests her is a challenge. She welcomes any new opportunity, accepts any new responsibility, because she feels certain that she will prove equal to whatever is asked of her. Because she is bright, willing to try anything, and understands the motivations of people, she will usually succeed. She is at her best in working with others, a quality for which John D. Rockefeller once said he would pay more than for any other. A true humanitarian, she is very much concerned with the problems of the world she lives in. Look for her in the forefront of any battle for social justice and you'll find her in the underdog's corner. Her native empathy and compassion make her very sensitive to the suffering of others. Yet she is not an obvious do-gooder, seeking appreciation and love in return for her effort. She becomes to engrossed in the work itself that she almost loses sight of the people she is working for. Even when she cares the most, this quality of impersonality, of aloofness, will be apparent. She is, above all, an individual who has the courage of her convictions and will pursue them to the finish. If a project ends in failure she won't be depressed, for she knows that you can learn as much from a failure as a success. A worthy attempt that fails is much more attractive to her than some minor success, for it is an invitation to reach out and try again. Although she is charming, entertaining and imaginative, she can be stubborn. For example, many Aquarius women are strong believers in the occult, and you will find it useless to try to change their minds. If they are sure they know something, they are going to be swayed by argument or even by "facts." They are aware "facts" are often provided wrong by those who pioneer in realms which others fear. When she makes up her mind, only she can change it. (And she often does, sometimes unexpectedly.) Because of her deep need for love and companionship, she finds the opposite sex extremely attractive. But she's looking for the perfect companion and has great difficulty making up her mind. It isn't surprising that she tends to marry late in life, and when she does her choice often surprises her conventional friends. (In fact, her attitudes about controversial subjects always shock conservative friends.) She wants a man who'll really make her feel like a woman, and race, color, and creed don't matter. She loves beautiful things, including all parts of the human body. You'd better not forget to compliment her on how great she looks in the buff. This woman needs to be appreciated. She's very neat. When you've just had a tumble between the sheets and are feeling rumpled and lazy, she may want to get up so she can make the bed. She
can be intense, nervous and, when frustrated, something of a nag.
Another fault is that she spends too much and is extravagant about
personal comforts. Of course she doesn't agree that's a fault. She
considers people who devote their lives to the pursuit of money as
shallow or a little crazy. The only possible use for money is what
it can buy. And she'll go to any lengths to get what she wants.
